In the beginning..
I was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. I graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Economics.
In college, I bootstrapped a business called TimeStamp. TimeStamp is a time capsule service where customers send us a letter to themselves and we return it to their doorstep 5 years in the future.
What I used to do
Coaching strength and conditioning was my first passion. I coached youth and collegiate sports teams in the public and private sector. I obsessed over the art of coaching and was fortunate to earn years of training and mentorship from industry-renowned coaches, even earning my CSCS certification with no formal education in kinesiology.
And then..
My love and curiosity for design surpassed my ambitions as a strength coach. While in pursuit of designing the best customer experience for TimeStamp, I discovered the world of UX strategy and design.
I taught myself everything I could about experience design and designed websites & apps as a freelance designer. 2 years later, I joined Credera as full time designer.
What I do now
I design consumer-facing products and enterprise software. I love immersing myself in a complex design challenges, learning everything I can about a subject, and crafting creative solutions to make the complex feel intuitive.
